WAM Enterprises
Inc. was formed in 1998 to serve the real estate development community by providing
a variety of specialized services related to site selection, valuation, hold-sell
analysis, acquisition, disposition, asset management, and portfolio management.
In order to accomplish this, we partner with tenants, municipalities, and other
stakeholders critical to the success of projects. We provide our services to assist
developers, real estate companies, retail tenants and individual property owners
throughout Pennsylvania and the mid-Atlantic United States. The two partners of WAM
combined represent 40+ years of commercial real estate experience in virtually all
aspects of real estate development, management and leasing. Our multi-functional team of extraordinary professionals
is committed to meeting each and every client service objective, while surpassing
quality expectations throughout the consulting engagement.
We authenticate
and supplement our insights by analyzing critical market data and trends and by
using state-of-the-art technological systems. The primary component of the
technological piece of our total approach is a proprietary and diverse GIS database,
combining ArcView 9.0 as its engine, and employing purchased as well as researched
and manipulated data.

the mid-Atlantic region and the developer of choice for clients and investors. We
will efficiently locate and develop high-income producing real estate in the commercial,
industrial, and retail arenas, using state of the art technological solutions and

We will provide customized information, recommendations and implementation support to our clients from our own insights and knowledge based on extensive regional business relationships and effective use of technology and research resources.
Although WAM Enterprises as a company is relatively new to the real estate development
business, George Lulos and William Aiello have a prestigious history of real estate
